Confidential Engagement Terms — Zurich Banking Facilitation
Effective date: [01Oct2021]

  1. Scope
All communications, materials, and exchanges between Zurich Banking Facilitation (the “Service”) and any individual or organisation (the “Enquirer”) are subject to these Confidential Engagement Terms.

  2. Confidentiality obligation
The Enquirer agrees that all information shared in the course of enquiries, consultations, or exchanges is confidential and will not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, published, or otherwise disclosed to third parties without the prior written consent of the Service.

  3. Prohibition of covert recordings and impersonation
The Enquirer will not covertly record, impersonate, or otherwise attempt to obtain confidential information by deception. Any such conduct constitutes a breach of these terms and may give rise to legal remedies.

  4. Identity and verification
Before any substantive or sensitive information is exchanged, the Service may require identity verification and/or a mutual Non‑Disclosure Agreement. Anonymous or unverifiable enquiries may be declined.

  5. No waiver of prior obligations
Nothing in these terms permits any party to disclose confidential information protected by prior agreements (including prior employment NDAs). The Service will not solicit or disclose information that would contravene third‑party confidentiality obligations.

  6. Remedies
In the event of a breach, the Service reserves the right to seek appropriate legal remedies.

  7. Acceptance
By initiating contact (including via the website contact form or email), the Enquirer acknowledges they have read and accept these terms.
